New Patients
All patients, including those transferring to Dr. Barnsfather's new office, will need to print and fill out all of the patient information forms. Please bring the completed forms with you to your first appointment. If you are unable to print the forms please arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out.
Also, verifying your insurance in advance can save up to 45 minutes of waiting time for you as well. Please call prior to your appointment and give us your insurance card information so we can save you that time.
WE ARE GROWING!!!! We would like to give an open and warm welcome to Dr Joseph Petty who will be joining us February 1st. He has a warm personality that will fit in perfectly with our family. He is a full Ob/Gyn looking forward to setting down roots with us.

Our office is located in the Kingwood Medical Center just West of US Highway 59 at the intersection with Kingwood Drive. Exit West onto Kingwood Drive from Northbound Hwy 59 and the hospital will be on the left. Follow the signs to Entrance A, which is just to the right of the Emergency Center entrance.
